What do I do if my shipment is damaged, cooked, or corked?
We take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact [email protected] immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us (we'll cover return shipping fees) or send us a selfie of you posing with the damaged bottle so that we determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.
What if I don't like the wine I ordered?
