Discover Australia Reds Ft. Penfolds Grange
Did you know Australia is roughly the same size as the U.S.?
It’s no wonder it’s one of the most exciting and diverse wine growing countries in the world — and now you can taste for yourself in today’s collection of Australian red wines.
Pay just $32 per bottle for wines from iconic producers as well as cutting-edge name you need to know. Not only that, you might score a 2003 Penfolds Grange Barossa Valley Shiraz, worth $800.
We also were able to get our hands on wines we’ve never featured before, such as the 2010 Mollydooker ‘Velvet Glove’, created from a single parcel within the vineyard — this is a tiny-production wine.
We also received an allocation of Taylors (called Wakefield in the Northern Hemisphere) St. Andrew’s Cabernet from Clare Valley. They, along with Tyrrell’s (also in this collection) are members of Australia’s First Families of Wine, a 10-member collective similar to Bordeaux First Growth chateaux.
We’ve also got Caymus Red Schooner, the famous Napa estate’s foray into Australia. There’s also a super-cool collab bottle between famous importer Anthony Terlato and Rhône superstar Michel Chapoutier in here, a single-vineyard Victoria Shiraz.
